Privacy notice
Last updated 24 September 2026
Synergy is responsible for the personal information described here. This notice says what we hold, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask of us.
What we hold
- Your account: name, email address and sign-in details.
- Your business: its name, address, trade and the figures and answers you give us, and any documents you upload.
- Public information about your business and its market: filings at Companies House, official statistics, public business listings and your own website.
- Billing: your subscription and payment history. Card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
- How you use the service, so we can support it and keep it working.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for — the contract between us.
- To take payment and keep the records the law requires.
- To support you, keep the service secure and improve it — our legitimate interest in running it well.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Who else handles it
We use service providers to host our systems and database, to take payments (Stripe), and to supply and process public data on our behalf. Each works under contract, only on our instructions, and only with what it needs.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you close it we delete your business information, except billing records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email nayimsammour@synergy-solutions.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use only the storage your browser needs to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
