Cancellations and refunds

During the free trial

The trial lasts 14 days. Cancel at any point in it and you are never charged.

After the trial

The Growth Hub is £199 a month, taken at the start of each monthly period. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and are not charged again. We do not refund part of a period.

Synergy Hours

Hours bought on top of your allowance are for time with a specialist. If you have not used them, ask us and we will look at a refund.

If something has gone wrong

If you were charged in error, or the service did not work as it should, email us and we will put it right. This does not affect any rights you have by law.
